The room was spacious, with a modern design and had an extra pullout couch which was convenient, while the facilities were well-maintained and the location was peaceful yet convenient for all amenities nearby.

Bunk bed was so comfortable, and the room was lovely.

I was very happy with the brand-new and great-sized room, that was complete with thought would suffice and a pullout couch, for instance. The setting of hotel was quiet, close to good restaurants & shopping.

The location is great, convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and the breakfast at the bar was perfect.

Super helpful staff. I felt comfortable especially important because I am a solo traveler.

The bathtub had someone's hair in the tub when I arrived.

Breakfast was decent and the morning man on the counter so much more happy then the lady who checked us in. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

No washing machine for guests. Our son fell of the bed while playing at 7.30pm and it resulted in a call from staff that we were being too loud for the people below us. It was literally one thud!

Variety of food options at the bar 🍔. Room was sparkling clean and looked brand new, even had bunk beds. Great location for exploring different restaurants and catching a movie in the area.

The breakfast buffet was good. The rooms were clean.

The "hot tub" was just luke warm. The AC in the rooms didn't work, the rooms were warm. As soon as we arrived there were issues with our reservation and one of our rooms were not as we had reserved.

The room was exceptionally clean with a pullout couch acting as a second bed when upgraded. The meals were good. The staff was amazingly nice and provided a lot of information. The setting was convenient, near attractions such as the zoo, many restaurants, Quail Springs mall, and other shopping options.

Breakfast was not very good and it seemed overpriced for what I got. $90 may be the norm around there though I am not sure but it seemed high for 7 hrs of sleep

The breakfast dining room felt a tad small for the facility, but we still enjoyed our meal.

The rooms were spotless with a pullout couch as a second bed. The staff were especially helpful. The hotel was in a magnificent location next to a movie theater and different malls.

I loved the breakfast and the hot tub. Also, the pool was heated so it was still nice to swim in even in the middle of the winter. My check in was also hassle free.
